Next generation sequencing (NGS) and associated technologies are available to researchers in the area of life sciences on the Dresden Campus of DCGC. It provides strong expertise in the areas of:
(1) Single cell applications;
(2) De novo genome sequencing and assemblies; and
(3) A broad range of short read-based sequencing application.
